I'm pretty sure Phil is a genius (and I tell everyone as such). I am always amazed by the new flavour/syrup creations (not just sugar from a bottle). Caramel cayenne latte, spice latte with fresh ground spices, come on... This is the stuff coffee dreams are made of. I want to give you guys all my money, seriously. I had a delicious pourover coffee from Brandywine Coffee Roasters; a mango co-ferment, and a shot of espresso from Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters. They also have a nice assortment of coffee beans, teas, and brewing equipment for sale. The owners are very friendly, and welcoming. Overall a great first experience and I will definitely be returning! ”
